As a young professional, workplace wardrobe is on my mind 24/7 so this is that start of my Workplace Chic – Wardrobe Essentials series.
I just recently started work as a freelancer for a large fashion accessories company. Based on this fashion and life style blog, I’m sure you can tell I’m beyond excited. Besides being thrilled about learning the job, roles and responsibilities, company structure, growth plans and how I can contribute to the company, I’m having so much fun selecting my workplace wardrobe.
Right now, I’m currently obsessing over denim and the color turquoise. Here I paired this structured turquoise mini with a light denim button down from Zara, cinched at the waist with a white and gold belt, and my Elaine Turner Textured nude flats. It’s perfectly simplistic yet classy enough for the workplace.
This look can also take you from the boardroom to barhopping by dressing it up with some stilettos or classic nude pumps and a statement clutch.
