This weekend we had a lot of errands to run so I wanted to be comfortable yet stylish (yes, it’s possible!). It was the perfect opportunity to wear this brand new Madewell cobalt blue v-neck I bought on sale for $12 (originally $25). If you know me by now, you know that v-necks are essential to my wardrobe. If you find one that you like, buy them in five different colors, trust me, your wardrobe will thank you!
Since this v-neck is just the right amount of color, your shorts shouldn’t be as loud. I paired it with these black crocheted shorts from Forever 21 and a skinny leopard print belt from Target. I’m totally into mixing patterns right now, so I LOVED this look. And of course, every lady has a lazy hair day — cue the fedora.

January 3, 2015 at 5:42 pmWhat size Madewell V Neck Pocket shirt do you wear? I’ve never worn their clothes before and wanted to order some, but reviews say these shirts run large. Do you find that to be true? Thanks!

February 8, 2015 at 4:58 pmThis is an XS. I’m petite and with Madewell their clothes tend to run a little big, so depending on how you like your clothes to fit, its up to you! I like my tshirts to fit a little on the looser said! Let me know what you end up getting!
