What is it about navy blue and white that always makes me feel like I want to be lounging on a boat with a glass of champagne? To me, Nautical colors never seem go out of style. That’s way I went a little more on the causal side today with this Nautical look. I paired this crisp navy blue and white button down with white denim and finished it off with a navy and white belt and dark blue snakeskin clutch.

Since navy blue is my primary color I knew I wanted to keep my shoes simple. Cue these patterned beige flats. Every lady should own a pair of nude or beige flats like these. It instantly pulls any look together in a second and pretty much goes with any color. I’m obsessed with these Elaine Turner flats I found on sale at Nordstrom Rack.
I also love quarter length sleeved shirts because they are perfect for any occasion. Add in a pair of shorts and you’re ready for the family barbecue. Pair it with slacks and wedges and you’re boardroom ready. I also love this length because of the psoriasis on my elbows. Even if you have a flare up on your arms, throw on a quarter length sleeved shirt and you’ll be ready to conquer the rest of the day.
I can’t find my shirt from the Forever 21 Love21 collection anymore so here are a few different options for navy blue shirts here, here and here.
